Birla Evara is a well-known and very expensive apartment village project by Birla Estates. It is in Kodathi, East Bangalore, not far from Sarjapur Road. It takes up 25 acres of land for the project. It has 13 towers with a total of 1,594 high-end 1, 2, 3, 3.5, and 4 BHK apartments. The floors of apartments range from 449 to 1630 square feet. The prices start at 77 Lakhs. The new part of Birla Evara Sarjapur will start on Sarjapur Road on October 20, 2025. This is the project's first start in 2025. In this new phase, there will be 800 high-end apartments.
